Luxury in Mapua is a sophisticated home ideal for a luxury family holiday. There’s a breath-taking open-plan living space, cosy TV snug and a well-maintained garden, complete with elegant outdoor dining. There’s also an indulgent feel throughout with many high quality fixtures and fittings such as an impressive chefs kitchen which exudes quality and attention to detail. The house enjoys a central position with village shops, cafes and beaches all within walking distance.
It is spacious, yet cosy and there are different areas to either socialise or enjoy quiet time alone, so everyone will feel at home.
From the entrance hall there is a TV snug which is the perfect place for those in the group looking for peace and quiet to read a good book or even take a nap.
Meanwhile, a large, open-plan room comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The stunning chefs kitchen has plenty of prep space and a views into the garden. There is everything you need to feel at home and cooking for the group will be a breeze.
The dining table is next to the kitchen and the layout makes it easy for the cooks in the group to join in conversations with everyone.
In the lounge area there is plenty of seating for all of you to sit down and relax.
Bifold doors lead to the rear garden which is enclosed by a hedge and features a lawn and a patio with a , a dining table and chairs and a woodfired BBQ.
All four bedrooms are located at the other end of the house. The master has a a king-size bed: with an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. The 3 remaining bedrooms all have queen beds and are all light and spacious.
There is also a family bathroom with large spa bath, walk-in shower, a WC, a basin and a heated towel rail.
The laundry is in the garage with washing machine and dryer. There is room to store your bikes, parking for 2 cars on the driveway and secure parking for a campervan.

The Neighbourhood
We are walking distance to the village and Mapua Wharf which has a good selection of restaurants and cafes, Rimu Wine Bar and The Bear Brewery. Ruby Bay Takeaway is a great choice for Fish and chips on the beach.
The Great Taste Cycle Trail is close by and goes as far as Kaiteriteri one way or Nelson the other way via the Mapua Ferry which connects Mapua To Rabbit Island. Bikes can be hired in the village.
There are artist galleries, potteries and wineries galore.
The Abel Tasman National Park, Kahurangi National Park and Nelson Lakes National Park are all close by and driveable in a day.
Beaches Ruby Bay is close by, Rabbit Island 10km Kaiteriteri 25km
Nelson Market is on a Saturday with lots of arts, crafts and food
Motueka Market is on a Sunday
