Inclusions
All linen and towels are included and a departure clean of up to 1.5 hrs. Extra charges will apply if additional cleaning time is required, such as excessive rubbish left at the property
Property Rules and Booking Conditions
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
No smoking inside, no pets, no venue or party use.
A $200 bond and $135 clean fee are added to every booking.
